Biography:

Ayesha is Deputy Director of Transformation at the London Borough of Bexley, where she leads ambitious change programmes across local government. Her experience spans senior leadership roles across local government, delivering impact across poverty reduction, housing and Future Leaders programmes.

She is the founder of RISEilience, a platform supporting Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic individuals into leadership.

She is also a television presenter at Islam Channel, amplifying voices and stories from across the Muslim community.
