Azizul has been a Civil Servant for nearly two decades and is currently the Head of HR Corporate and Technical Operations at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. He is Chartered Fellow and qualified OD&D Practitioner.

He has previously led teams in the Department for Education, Education Skills Funding Agency, Cabinet Office, His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and the Department for Work and Pensions. He is a qualified coach and mentor and has a passion for talent and ensuring people reach their full potential. He was previously the co-Chair of the Civil Service Muslim Network where we worked to drive Muslim representation in the Civil Service.

Outside the day job, he is the Director/Co-Founder of a modest wear clothing line.
He partakes in Mixed Martial Arts, film and philanthropy. He is currently building a
masjid and school in Bangladesh.
