Prior experience includes Director of IT at the London Borough of Redbridge, where significant advancements in cyber security and IT resource management were achieved, as well as Head of Service for IT at Westminster City Council, where cyber security principles were implemented. Additional roles include program and project management in various councils, showcasing a strong track record in operational efficiency, digital transformation, and addressing local digital inclusion challenges. Zakki holds a BSc Hons in Business & IT from Kingston University.
